workout is put together by Linda Izzo, founder of the
More To Love Fitness Center*, and her personal trainer,
Michael Looney.
The More To Love
Fitness video is a low-impact, mildly aerobic program
that encourages a positive outlook on life and
increased physical activity that is enjoyable as well
as healthful. Linda is a super-size woman with a lot
of gumption.

straight back chair, two 2.5 - 5 lb weights (soup
cans will do), a bottle of water
