Health, is based on an anatomical point of view,
asking you to take away ideas of diet and weight loss.
The IFIN goals are to
correct the alignment of your head, open chest and
shoulders to correct posture, strengthen the
abdominal wall, lengthen the lower back, and improve
overall balance. Instructions for doing the exercise
while seated are provided.
