As the cover of this video states, the In Fitness & In Health program is "designed to meet the physical and psychological needs of women of size." After reviewing this tape and consulting with our volunteer participants in the review process, we at SizeWise.com feel the video does just that and is an excellent way to get moving. Rochelle Rice holds a Master of Arts degree, specializing in her Plus Size Exercise Program and is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Her program, In Fitness & In Health, is based on an anatomical point of view, asking you to take away ideas of diet and weight loss.

The IFIN goals are to correct the alignment of your head, open chest and shoulders to correct posture, strengthen the abdominal wall, lengthen the lower back, and improve overall balance. Instructions for doing the exercise while seated are provided.

Equipment needed: Chair, small pillow or 8.5" ball, free weights (soup cans will do), dynaband or towel.
