Kelly Bliss has 14 years experience as a counselor and psychotherapist. Her work is all about helping people to build healthy lifestyles - on all levels. She has been a full-figured fitness instructor for 20 years.

Kelly has created a wonderful selection of ten videos, each specific to individual needs and fitness levels. You choose the one (or more) that is right for you, giving you control over your workout. These include:

The Form - Excellent for learning and reviewing the right way to hold and move your body while exercising.

No-Impact Aerobics II - A medium intensity aerobic workout designed with a special emphasis on protecting the back and knees.

No-Impact Aerobics III - Higher intensity but still careful of vulnerable knees and back.

Sitting Aerobics I - A whole body workout done while in a chair. Great for larger people and those with balance problems. My personal favorite.

Sitting Aerobics II - The next step up in chair exercise. More intense and a lot of fun.

Muscle Toning I - Strengthen your abs, buns, legs, back, and arms while doing all the right moves. These are done while sitting or lying on a mat or bed. A favorite with our test group.

Your Back Health Workout - If you are dealing with chronic pain or just want to maintain a strong back, this is for you.

Stretch and Relax for small to large people - Gentle stretches designed for plus size people up to approximately 300 lbs.

Stretch and Relax for very large people - A terrific tape for improving circulation and reclaiming mobility.
